Current Position:
Bo Hong is an Associate Director and Regulatory Attorney in the Compliance Department of Macquarie Group.

Professional Experience:
Ms. Hong has over 20 years of experience in providing legal and regulatory services to banks, corporations and other financial institutions. Prior to joining Macquarie Group in 2019, Ms. Hong was the Head of Regulatory Change Management in the Compliance Department of BNP Paribas since 2016, and previously the Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Department of ING Americas. Prior to joining ING in 2005, Ms. Hong was in private practice with New York law firm Thompson & Hine LLP, where she practiced corporate and securities law.

Professional and Community Affiliations:
Ms. Hong is a member of the New York State Bar Association Derivatives and Structured Products Law Committee. From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Hong was the General Counsel, Vice President and a Board member of OCA-WHV, an AAPI advocacy nonprofit organization.

Alexia Jones brings over a decade of experience in the workforce development and human service field, with a strong focus on enhancing the economy through the provision of employment and educational opportunities. Throughout hercareer, she has successfully advocated for businesses to adopt workforce solutions and services, implementing effective outreach and marketing strategies for local and regionalemployers in the metropolitan area.

Driven by a deep passion for social impact, Alexia has dedicated herself to ensuring that individuals from low-income backgrounds have access to sustainable wages and stable housing, ultimately leading to a reduction in crime rates and the promotion of positive social outcomes. Her previous role as a Business Service Manager at the state level allowed her to employ a solution-focused approach, creating opportunities and driving better outcomes within urban neighborhoods.

With her extensive experience and commitment to improving communities, Alexia is poised to make a significant difference in any workforce development or human service initiative she undertakes.

Bianca Bevans is a resilient military veteran with a deep-rooted commitment to service and overcoming challenges. With 13 years of dedicated service in the Navy under her belt, Bianca transitioned into entrepreneurship, specializing in providing postpartum support to mothers and their families. As a compassionate friend, devoted military spouse, nurturing mother, and inspirational leader, Bianca embodies a heart full of kindness and unwavering determination. She is driven by her passion to positively impact the lives of those she encounters, consistently striving to make a meaningful difference in their journeys.

Brandee is married to an Army veteran and is from a family of veterans. She has worked with languages for 20 years, both professionally and through her volunteer work. She taught college and high school Spanish and English for almost 11 years and has been a professional bilingual proofreader/editor for over 9 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and English and a master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Her previous volunteer work includes visiting veterans through a hospice volunteer program. She also loves animals and has volunteered with animal charities.

He believes in the importance of honoring our veterans, those brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms.
