Bo Hong is an Associate Director and Regulatory Attorney in the Compliance Department of Macquarie Group.
Professional Experience:
Ms. Hong has over 20 years of experience in providing legal and regulatory services to banks, corporations and other financial institutions. Prior to joining Macquarie Group in 2019, Ms. Hong was the Head of Regulatory Change Management in the Compliance Department of BNP Paribas since 2016, and previously the Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Department of ING Americas. Prior to joining ING in 2005, Ms. Hong was in private practice with New York law firm Thompson & Hine LLP, where she practiced corporate and securities law.
Professional and Community Affiliations:
Ms. Hong is a member of the New York State Bar Association Derivatives and Structured Products Law Committee. From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Hong was the General Counsel, Vice President and a Board member of OCA-WHV, an AAPI advocacy non- profit organization.
